We love this book. I read it with my 6 and 4 year old at bedtime and they love learning about Ghana. This is a brilliant book for kids, helping them to learn about and appreciate the country of Ghana. I love how it interweaves a fun, simple narrative with interesting facts and insights into the culture, twi language and traditions in Ghana. The illustrations are lovely too and very relatable for my kids.

I loved the book ‘The African Explorers’. The book is splendid and very informative – because I’m trying to learn Twi, and it’s interesting. I especially loved the ‘Twi Phrases and Key Facts’ they were the most informative part, and I loved it because I’m always looking for something new to learn whether boring or interesting.
